Dear Members and Guests of Vista Valencia Golf Club,
It is a beautiful day for Golf! Due to the significant amount of rain we have received this past week (over 7" of rain), we have had to update restrictions as to where a golf cart can operate on the golf course. Please understand that our goal is for you to enjoy your round, but we need to make sure you have a safe round of golf and we do not to damage the golf course. Low areas that have been flooded, all Par 3's are restricted. As the course dries up, we will update our cart restrictions. Thank you for understanding!

2025 Thanksgiving Hours / Holiday Rates
Monday, 11/24/25 Regular Weekday Rates / PAR 60 available.
Tuesday 11/25/25 through Sunday 11/30/25, Holiday Rates are in affect. Check website for rates. PAR 60 discount not available. Junior Rates available after 11 AM.

- Golf Shop: Open at 6:30 AM Last 18 Hole Tee Time: 11:20 AM Both courses Close at 3:00 PM
- Range: 7:00 AM - Last Ball Sold at 2:30pm
- Range Closed: 3:15 PM

- Vista Valencia Front Gate Closes at 3:30 PM

Winter Hours Started November 2nd with Time Change
Winter Hours for Golf Course / Driving Range: Last Range Ball Sold is 7:00 PM, Range Closes at 8:00 PM, Gates Close at 8:15 PM. No carts rented after 5 PM, walking only. With inclement weather, if in doubt, please contact the golf shop. Frost delays are possible during winter hours.
CLUBHOUSE REMODEL
New Accessibility Parking Area: We are installing a new parking area for those cusomters who need extra help getting to the clubhouse. It will be located along the existing parking lot near the clubhouse and the front lawn area. There are several utility lines located in this area that needs to be relocated along with irrigation and drainage. We also are required to relocate our fire hydrant. We have obtained building permits and the construction time frame will take about six weeks to complete.
As you may have noticed, we are continuing with our much-needed Clubhouse improvements by renovating our club house and restrooms. We recently installed new new sewer lines, toilets, and sinks along with new tile and flooring. Thank you to the City of Santa Clarita staff for working with us to obtain our permits and finish our construction. Our outdoor pavillion is operational and we will start booking small events in this space starting in 2026.
New Cart Fleet 2025: As many of you know, we have purchased a new cart fleet of Yamaha cars. Each cart is comfortably appointed with upgraded seats, windshields, and GPS with distances to the middle of the green. To assist us with golf course conditions and pace of play, we have established areas that either have limited access and/or no access. Some areas on the course are designated as areas for carts to not have access. If you have a disability, please contact the golf shop to make arrangements directly so you may have additional access to the golf course with our fleet. Please note that there are areas that will be off limits for all customers and we may not be able to accomodate your request to have full access to everywhere on our property.

RESERVATION SYSTEM AND WAIT LIST
Our reservation system through our website is managed by Club Caddie software. We use reservations to hold your tee time for you and your guests to start at a specific time. Our commitment to you, barring unforeseen circumstances like rain and or frost, you will be on the tee already checked in at the golf shop and ready to tee off. To help us continue to provide our reservation service, we need a commitment from you to show up with the number of players you reserved at least 20 minutes before your tee time. Showing up late for your tee time we may not be able to get you out on the course.

To secure your bookings, all tee times will require a credit card on file. Existing customers without a saved payment method will need to update their profile online. Go to the following to update your profile: Customer Portal Log In
Online Tee Time Cancellation - Current
You can now cancel tee times directly online! Cancellations via phone calls will no longer be accepted. To cancel your tee time, log into your customer portal and look for My Tee Times, select Future and select the tee time you wish to cancel. For any other changes, customers are directed to email the GM at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. All cancellations and modifications to your reservation are required before noon on the day prior to your reservation.
Pre-Booking Fee for Fridays, Weekends, and Holidays - Effective 12/15/25
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (and Holidays) tee times will require a 25% non-refundable pre-booking fee. This fee will count towards your Green Fees when you check in. This fee is non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved time.
Tee Time Waitlist via Noteefy - Currently available on website, enroll on bottom left-hand corner to Noteefy.
We've partnered with Noteefy to provide a waitlist system. If your preferred slot becomes available due to a cancellation, you'll be notified. You'll be able to join our waitlist by creating a profile on our website.
No-Show / Short-Show Policy
A No Show / Short Show Penalty fee will be charged for no-shows and or short shows to encourage timely attendance to our golf club. We are holding your tee time for you and expect you to show up with the number of players you reserved or expect you to cancel in advance online or in writing 24 hours in advance so we can let someone else have that tee time. Not cancelling your reservation online and or emailing general manager (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) in advance will be subject to a No Show / Short Show Penalty Fee of $20.00 per player. If you show up with fewer players than you reserved, and we are able to fill that slot with a stand by player, we will waive the Short Show Penalty Fee for that slot.
